Your questions, answered

What types of events does Twenty-One Event Company plan?

ALL OF THEM! From your dream wedding and gender reveals, to corporate retreats, client appreciation, birthday parties, Friendsgivings and everything in between. No matter what your aspiration or budget is, we can make your vision a spectacular reality.

Can I get a consultation? What does it cost?

Certainly! We’d never dream of planning your event without making sure we know your exact needs and how to proceed. We offer free consultations where we sit down to discuss your event needs.

What are the fees for planning an event with Twenty-One Event Company?

It all depends on the event type and scope of involvement in realizing your expectations. In order to accommodate everyone to get the exact service they need, we do not charge flat rates but instead have hourly rates from $30-$100. This way, you get just the services you need and stay within your budget. Also, part of our early discussion about your event will be to agree on the time commitment to manage your event. We will give you advance notice for re-evaluation if we reach the agreed number of hours before the actual completion date.

PLEASE NOTE: Prices increase based on the size of the event and if more staff is needed. See our Service & Packages page for more information.

How many hours are you on-site on the day of the event?

Depending on the type of event, we may spend up to 10 hours on-site. We arrive as early as is required to set up, meet all the vendors, and stay to ensure all clean-up is sorted, and vendors’ items are organized for pickup. An in-depth outline of your planned schedule will be provided well before your event.

Do you work directly with the event vendors?

Yes, we do. If you desire, we can do all the communication and scheduling with vendors, so you don’t have to. We can ask any questions you might have and relay information back to you, so you only have one point of contact for your event, rather than juggling multiple vendors.

How soon should I book your services?

This depends on the type and size of the event you are planning. If it’s a wedding, we suggest starting the conversation when you’ve set your date (8-12 months in advance where possible). Other events can certainly take a shorter planning time. Don’t worry; this will not increase your cost in any way as we only bill based on the total number of hours spent working on your event.

Overall, we recommend that planning starts early so everything is in place and you can take a breather as the event approaches. That being said, we can adapt to working in an intense environment, so if you find yourself needing to plan an event at the last minute, don’t hesitate to call. We’ll let you know if it’s possible to or not.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we do! We are also fully licensed, and our ministers are ordained.

How do I know if Twenty-One Event Company is a good fit for me?

We recommend a consultation so you can establish whether we are the right fit. We are very flexible and desire to meet your needs, so we are confident we will find a progressive way to work together.
