Alexis & Jakob

October 2, 2021

Meghan first met Alexis and Jakob when she was celebrating her cousin’s birthday in Southern California, she can’t help but ask engaged couples their love stories and discuss their wedding day. They were both extremely organized and knew exactly how they wanted their special day to look. The venue is a historical gem in Central Oregon close to Bend and Redmond. It offers enough space for the bride and groom’s attendants to stay onsite the night before so they can wake up and start the wedding day festivities. The bride’s bouquet along with the centerpieces was styled with dried flowers and feathers, and the bridesmaids wore hats instead of carrying bouquets. Alexis and Jakob wanted to be unique and their whole day was specialized just for them, from the macaroons for dessert, to the glow sticks during the reception, this couple and their family know how to have a good time. The bride even wormed across the dance floor in her dress!

Favorite Part: The bride and groom shared a first dance, then partway through asked their parents to dance with them.
